Tell us about yourself and your brand and/or profession?
My name is Morgan B. I am the creator of the brand Mothers with Ambitions which is an online fashion blog to empower ambitious moms to chase their goals and kids in style, while building self care and confidence. We become so busy with achieving our goals and digging deep into the work that we forget about our outward appearance. We are moms and women making moves that matter. So while making the boss moves, why not have the boss style to match.
Who has been your biggest supporter on this journey, and how has their influence shaped you?
My biggest supporter is my husband. He invested into me before I even invested into myself. He shows me to go deeper in my craft and brings out more ideas in me that I didn't know I had. He has shaped me into becoming more into the person I dreamed of when i would talk his ear off about what I want to do. He inspires me to show up because he believes I am "That Girl." I know I am too lol, but he gives me that extra push. Thanks babe!
What exciting projects or goals are on the horizon for you?
Style guides are on the way for sure. I am so excited to help moms and women dive into their best self and I know my upcoming guides can help them along this journey of becoming the mom/woman they are called to be in style.
What’s something about your day-to-day routine that people might be surprised to know?
Ummm, I am not sure. I would say that I journal and write highlights about my day, and then afterwards, I write my scripture for the day and what that scripture means to me. It is very helpful because it reminds me of what God said I can already do, and what is already mine.... and yours too!
If you could leave our readers with one piece of motivation or advice, what would it be?
Motivation is my middle name ok lol, but one thing I would leave is create what you want to see. Social media always tells us that if we are not on this new trend or doing what everyone else is doing, then you are irrelevant. So many people get burnt out or compare themselves because they are trying to follow "the trend," but what did God tell you to do. What God tells us is not always popular, but it is right! Galatians 6:4 is the proof in the pudding. So create what you want to see and believe in faith that the vision that God gave you (even though it is not popular) will bring you the abundance you are looking for.
